Frequently Asked Questions
I'm new to ReformX. Where should I start?
Our Intro Offer (3 group classes for £49) is the best place to start. You can try Reformer Pilates and Functional Training.
Is reformer pilates suitable for beginners?
Yes. The springs make every exercise lighter or harder, and in a group of no more than five your trainer adapts each movement to your level.
How many people are in a class?
Group classes have a maximum of 5 people, so your trainer can give everyone proper attention.
How long are the classes?
All of our group classes are 50 minutes long.
How do I book?
Book online from our Class Schedule page, or contact us at info@reformx.co.uk / +44 7909 077438.
Do memberships have a minimum commitment?
The 4- and 8-class memberships have a 3-month commitment and the Unlimited Membership a 6-month commitment. Class packs have no commitment.
What do one-to-one sessions cover?
Reformer Pilates, Personal Training, Performance Coaching, and Rehabilitation & Injury Support.
Where is the studio?
287 King Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9NH.
Do I need previous experience?
Not at all. Our classes welcome clients at different stages of their movement journey. Let your instructor know if you're new, and they'll help you understand the equipment, exercises and class format.
What is the introductory offer?
Our introductory offer is three classes for £49, giving you the opportunity to experience ReformX before deciding which sessions best suit your goals.
Please check the booking page for the current offer conditions and eligibility.
How do I create a MINDBODY account?
Visit the ReformX booking page and select the option to sign up or create an account. Enter your details and follow the instructions to complete registration. If you already have an account, simply log in.
Once signed in, you can purchase available offers, view the timetable and book classes.
Do I need to download the MINDBODY app?
You can generally manage bookings through the web booking system. You may also be able to use the MINDBODY app, depending on how your studio's booking system is configured. Follow the booking link on our website to get started.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. For Reformer Pilates, grip socks are recommended or may be required by the studio. For Functional Training, choose suitable training clothes and supportive footwear.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving around 5 minutes before your first class to give yourself time to settle in and speak to your instructor.
What if I need to cancel a class?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for class cancellations.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so through MINDBODY at least 24 hours before your class starts. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class, as well as missed sessions, may be charged or result in the loss of your class credit.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us manage our small-group classes and offer spaces to other clients.
Are the classes suitable if I have an injury or a medical condition?
Please contact us before booking if you have an injury, medical condition or specific movement concern. We'll discuss your needs and help you determine whether a class is appropriate. Our classes are not a substitute for medical assessment or treatment.
How do I know which class is right for me?
Reformer Pilates focuses on controlled movement, core strength, stability and mobility. Functional Training focuses on practical strength, coordination and movement patterns that support everyday activities.
If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you choose a suitable starting point.
Can I contact someone before my first visit?
Of course. We want you to feel comfortable before you arrive. Contact our team with any questions about classes, booking or the introductory offer, and we'll be happy to help.
